MEI MEDIA LLC Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with MEI MEDIA LLC. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Quick Summary:

  • Processing time: 2-3 business days

  • USA delivery: 5-10 business days after processing

  • International delivery: 10-20 business days after processing

  • Tracking provided for every order

  • Free shipping on USA orders over $50

What is “Processing Time”?

Processing time is the period between when you place your order and when we hand it to the shipping carrier. During this time, we:

  1. Receive and confirm your order

  2. Print your selected design onto the blank product

  3. Quality-check the print for defects

  4. Package the item securely

  5. Generate a shipping label and tracking number

Standard Processing Time

2-3 business days for all orders

  • Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding US federal holidays

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM Eastern Time are considered placed that day

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM ET are considered placed the next business day

  • Weekend orders (Saturday-Sunday) begin processing on Monday

Expedited Processing

We do not currently offer expedited processing. All orders follow the standard 2-3 business day production timeline, regardless of shipping method selected.

However, you can choose expedited shipping (Next Day Air, 2-Day, etc.) which takes effect after processing is complete.

Important: Delivery time counts business days only. A “3-6 business day” estimate means 3-6 Monday-Friday days, excluding holidays.

Free Shipping Offer

Free standard shipping is automatically applied to orders shipping to the 48 contiguous United States with a subtotal of $50 or more (after discounts, before taxes).

  • Free shipping applies to Standard (USPS Ground Advantage) only

  • Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories are not eligible for free shipping

  • Free shipping does not include expedited methods (UPS 2nd Day, Overnight, etc.)

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii & US Territories

We ship to:

  • Alaska – Additional $5-$15 surcharge depending on weight

  • Hawaii – Additional $5-$15 surcharge

  • Puerto Rico – Additional $5-$15 surcharge

  • Guam, US Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands – Additional $10-$20 surcharge

Delivery times to these locations typically add 5-10 business days to standard estimates.

Shipping to Military Addresses (APO/FPO/DPO)

We proudly ship to US military addresses worldwide. Please note:

  • Use the correct APO/FPO/DPO format (available from your base post office)

  • Delivery typically takes 3-4 weeks

  • Tracking may be limited once the package leaves the US

  • We cannot guarantee delivery times to combat zones or vessels at sea

Not shipping to: Russia, Belarus, Ukraine (due to ongoing conflict), China, India, Turkey, South Africa, or most African nations at this time.

International shipping costs vary significantly by destination and package weight. Examples (single hoodie):

  • Canada: $9.99 – $14.99

  • United Kingdom: $12.99 – $17.99

  • Germany: $12.99 – $17.99

  • Australia: $14.99 – $19.99

  • Japan: $13.99 – $18.99

Exact costs are calculated at checkout. We do not offer free international shipping at this time.

  2. Total package weight (hoodies weigh ~12-16 oz, hats weigh ~4-6 oz)

  3. Selected shipping method (standard, priority, expedited)

  4. Package dimensions (larger boxes cost more)

Tracking Your Order

When Will I Receive Tracking?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number when:

  • Your order has finished processing (2-3 business days after order)

  • A shipping label has been generated

  • The carrier has scanned your package into their system

Timeline example:

  • Day 0: Order placed

  • Day 2-3: Processing complete, tracking email sent

  • Day 2-3 (evening): Carrier tracking shows “Label Created”

  • Day 3-4: Carrier tracking shows “In Transit” / “Accepted”

How to Track

  1. Click the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email

  2. Or visit the carrier’s website (USPS.comUPS.com, etc.) and enter your tracking number

  3. Or use our order tracking page (link in email footer)

Tracking Status Meanings

Status What It Means
Label Created We’ve printed a label but the carrier hasn’t received the package yet
Accepted / In Possession Carrier has your package – it’s on the way!
In Transit Package is moving through the carrier’s network
Out for Delivery Package is on the truck for delivery today
Delivered Carrier reports delivery (check your porch/mailbox)
Exception / Delay Weather, customs, or other issue – check details

Tracking Not Updating?

Common reasons:

  • 24-48 hour delay between scans – normal, especially for USPS

  • Package missed a scan but is still moving – also normal

  • International tracking often stops updating once the package leaves the US. It may reappear when scanned by your local post office.

What to do: Wait 5-7 days without updates, then email thachle164@gmail.com with your order number.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Lost Packages (No Tracking Update for 15+ Days)

USA orders: If tracking shows no movement for 15+ consecutive business days, email us. We will:

  1. Open an investigation with the carrier (5-7 business days)

  2. If confirmed lost, offer a full refund or replacement (your choice)

International orders: If tracking shows no movement for 25+ consecutive business days (due to customs and international transit delays), we will investigate and likely refund or replace.

Stolen Packages (Tracking Shows “Delivered” but Not Received)

We are not responsible for packages stolen after delivery confirmation. However, we will help you:

  1. First, check with neighbors and look around your property – packages are often misdelivered or hidden

  2. Wait 2-3 business days – carriers sometimes mark “delivered” early

  3. Contact the carrier to file a stolen package claim (USPS: 1-800-275-8777, UPS: 1-800-742-5877)

  4. Email us with your order number and any information from the carrier

We may, at our discretion, offer a one-time courtesy replacement or discount for stolen packages, especially for loyal customers. This is not guaranteed.

Delayed Packages (Beyond Estimated Delivery)

If your package is delayed but still moving in tracking:

  • USA: Delays of 5+ days beyond estimate – email us for investigation

  • International: Delays of 10+ days beyond estimate – email us

Weather, carrier volume surges (especially November-December), and customs are common delay causes. We cannot refund for delays alone unless the package is confirmed lost.


Incorrect Shipping Address

You Provided the Wrong Address

You are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

If you realize you made a mistake:

  • Within 2 hours of order: Email us immediately – we may be able to correct it before processing begins

  • After 2 hours but before shipping: We will try to correct it, but no guarantees

  • After shipping: The package will be delivered to the wrong address. You will need to:

    • Contact the carrier to request a redirect (fee applies, not always possible)

    • Or place a new order to the correct address (original order not refundable)

We do not refund orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

We Made a Mistake (Wrong Address on Our End)

If we ship to an incorrect address due to our error (e.g., we transposed numbers), we will:

  • Reship your order to the correct address at no cost to you, or

  • Issue a full refund including shipping

Please provide proof of our error (screenshot of your order confirmation with correct address vs. our shipping label).


Shipping Restrictions

P.O. Boxes (USA)

We ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS only. UPS cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. If you select UPS shipping to a P.O. Box, we will automatically downgrade to USPS (no refund of price difference).

Freight Forwarders & Reshippers

We do not recommend using freight forwarders or package reshippers (companies that give you a US address and forward internationally). If you choose to use one:

  • You assume all risk of loss, damage, or theft once delivered to the forwarder

  • We are not responsible for packages after “Delivered” to the forwarder’s address

  • Refunds will not be issued for forwarder-related issues

Prohibited Items

We do not ship to addresses that are:

  • Sanctioned countries (Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Crimea region)

  • War zones or active conflict areas

  • Freight terminals or pickup points without prior arrangement


Customs, Duties & Taxes (International)

Important Information for International Customers

Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by your country’s government. These are not included in our prices or shipping charges.

Who Pays Customs Fees?

You do. The customer is solely responsible for:

  • Any import duties

  • Value-added taxes (VAT) or Goods & Services Tax (GST)

  • Customs brokerage or handling fees

  • Any other fees charged by your country

How Customs Fees Work

  1. Your package arrives in your country

  2. Customs inspects it and assesses fees based on declared value

  3. The carrier pays the fees on your behalf (usually)

  4. The carrier bills you before releasing the package

  5. You pay to receive your package

If you refuse to pay customs fees:

  • The package will be abandoned or returned to us

  • We will refund your product price minus original shipping and any return shipping costs (often leaving little or no refund)

  • Customs fees are non-refundable

We cannot predict exact fees. Please check your country’s customs website before ordering.

Customs Declarations

We declare the full value paid (product + shipping) on all customs forms. We will not mark packages as “gift” or declare lower values – this is illegal and we will not commit customs fraud.


Returns & Refunds Impact on Shipping

Original Shipping Costs Are Non-Refundable (Except Our Error)

If you return an item for a customer-error reason (wrong size, changed mind):

  • The original shipping cost you paid will not be refunded

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs

If the return is due to our error (damage, defect, wrong item):

  • Original shipping costs are refunded in full

  • We provide a prepaid return label (or reimburse your return shipping)

Lost in Transit – Refund or Replacement

If your order is confirmed lost by the carrier (no tracking updates for 15+ days USA, 25+ days international):

  • We offer full refund including original shipping OR

  • Free replacement shipped at our cost
