At MEI MEDIA LLC, we want you to love what you ordered. But we also understand that sometimes things don’t work out – the hoodie doesn’t fit quite right, the hat color looks different in person, or you simply changed your mind.
This policy is designed to be fair, clear, and hassle-free. We’re not here to hide behind confusing fine print or make returns difficult. If you have a legitimate issue, we will make it right.

Time limit begins on the date your order is marked “Delivered” by the carrier.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the delivery date to request a return or refund. This window applies to all return reasons except lost packages (60 days).
Example: If your order shows “Delivered” on January 15, you must contact us by February 14.
After 30 days: Returns are generally not accepted. However, if you have an exceptional circumstance (hospitalization, natural disaster, military deployment), please contact us – we will review your case individually.
Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet ALL of these conditions:

Unworn and unwashed – No visible signs of wear, no stains, no odors (perfume, smoke, deodorant, etc.)

Original tags attached – All MEI MEDIA tags must still be affixed

Original packaging – If returned in damaged packaging, we may deduct a restocking fee

No customizations – Items with personalized designs cannot be returned (unless our error)

Purchased directly from MEI MEDIA LLC – Items bought from third-party resellers must be returned to that reseller
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions. If we receive an item with obvious wear, stains, or missing tags, we will contact you and offer to ship it back at your expense or dispose of it without refund.
How to Initiate a Return
Step-by-Step Process
Step 1: Contact Us Before Shipping Anything
Do NOT send your item back without first receiving authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be processed and will be discarded after 30 days.

The 15% restocking fee covers the cost of inspecting, repackaging, and restocking returned items. This fee is waived if you choose store credit instead of a cash refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned for any reason (except our error):

Final sale items – Any product marked “Clearance,” “Final Sale,” or discounted 50% or more

Intimate apparel – For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on undergarments or items worn close to the body

Gift cards – Digital or physical gift cards are non-refundable

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
We take these issues seriously. If you received a damaged product, a misprint, or the wrong item entirely, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement at no cost to you – including return shipping.
What Qualifies as “Damaged” or “Defective”

Normal print variation: Slight color differences between what you see on screen vs. real life (monitor calibration varies)

Size chart interpretation errors: We provide detailed measurements – if you ordered based on your usual size without checking our chart, that’s customer error

Minor packaging damage: If the box is dented but the product is fine, no refund

Important: For items under $15 (which includes almost all our products), we may not require you to return the damaged item. This saves you shipping hassle and saves us processing costs. You’re welcome to keep, donate, or discard the original item.

If You Pay for Return Shipping
We recommend using a trackable shipping method (USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground). Costs typically range from $4 to $8 for a single hoodie or hat within the continental US.
We do not provide prepaid return labels for customer-error returns. However, we will reimburse you for return shipping if we later determine the item was actually defective (e.g., you thought you ordered wrong size, but we discover a manufacturing defect).
If We Pay for Return Shipping
For our-error returns, we will email you a prepaid UPS or USPS shipping label. Simply print it, attach to your package, and drop off at any carrier location.
Do not purchase your own shipping for our-error returns – we cannot reimburse you if you use a more expensive method without prior approval.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for size or color changes on most products.
Exchange Process

Exchange items must be of equal or lesser value. If you choose a lower-priced item, the difference will be refunded. If you choose a higher-priced item, we will invoice you for the difference before shipping.

Exchanges are subject to availability. If your desired size/color is out of stock, you will be offered a refund or store credit.
Faster Exchange Option (Advance Exchange)
If you need the replacement quickly and don’t want to wait for your return to reach us, you can:

We will refund your original order in full (minus shipping) upon receipt
This gets you the correct item in 5-10 days instead of 15-20 days.
International Returns
Returning items from outside the United States is more complicated, but we still want to help.
For International Customers (Non-USA)

International return shipping often costs more than the item’s value – we recommend keeping or donating the item instead
Important for international returns: Customs forms must clearly state “RETURNED GOODS – NO COMMERCIAL VALUE.” If you fail to do this, you may be charged customs fees upon delivery, which will be deducted from your refund.
Customs & Duties on Returns
MEI MEDIA LLC does not refund customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees paid at the time of original delivery. These charges are paid to your government, not to us. Please contact your local customs office for information on duty drawback processes.
Order Cancellations
Before Shipping (Within 2 Hours of Order)
You can cancel your order for a full refund if you contact us within 2 hours of placing it. Email thachle164@gmail.com with “CANCEL ORDER – [Order Number]” in the subject line.
Why 2 hours? Our print-on-demand system automatically sends orders to production after 2 hours. Once in production, we cannot cancel.
After Shipping
Once your order has shipped, our standard return policy applies. You will need to receive the item and then initiate a return.
Subscription or Pre-Order Cancellations
MEI MEDIA LLC does not currently offer subscription services or pre-order products. All items are sold as one-time purchases.
Store Credit vs. Cash Refund
When you initiate a return for a customer-error reason (wrong size, changed mind), you have a choice:

Store credit is issued as a digital code sent to your email. It can be used on any future purchase at meimedia.shop. Credits cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.
We recommend store credit for customers who plan to shop with us again – you save the 15% restocking fee and your money stays available for future purchases.
Dispute Resolution – Before Filing a Chargeback
If you’re unhappy with your purchase, please contact us first before filing a dispute with your credit card company (chargeback).
Why contact us first?

Policy changes: We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes apply only to orders placed after the effective date.

Shipping errors: If we ship to the wrong address due to an error on our part, we will reship or refund at no cost to you. If you provided the wrong address at checkout, you are responsible for the cost of reshipping.

Force majeure: Delays or inability to process returns due to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or other events outside our control do not invalidate your return rights – we will extend deadlines as needed.
