What you’ll need to provide:

  • Card number (16 digits)

  • Expiration date (MM/YY)

  • CVV/CVC security code (3-4 digits on back of card)

  • Billing address (must match card’s registered address)

Prepaid cards: We accept most prepaid Visa/Mastercard gift cards as long as they are registered with a billing address and have sufficient balance to cover the full purchase amount including taxes and shipping.

2. Apple Pay

Payment Process – Step by Step

Here’s exactly what happens when you pay at MEI MEDIA LLC:

Step 2: Proceed to Checkout

Click the cart icon and select “Checkout.” You’ll be directed to our secure checkout page.

Step 3: Enter Shipping Information

Provide your full name, shipping address, and email address. This information is used only for order fulfillment and shipping updates.

Step 4: Select Payment Method

Choose from credit/debit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.

Step 5: Provide Payment Details

  • Card: Enter number, expiration, CVV, and billing address

  • Apple Pay/Google Pay: Authenticate with your device

Step 6: Review & Submit

Double-check your order total, shipping address, and product selection. Then click “Complete Purchase.”

Step 7: Confirmation

Within 60 seconds, you’ll see an on-screen confirmation and receive an email receipt from thachle164@gmail.com. Your payment method will show a pending charge from “MEI MEDIA LLC” or “Stripe.”

Payment FAQs

Is it safe to enter my credit card information on your website?

Yes. Your card information is entered directly into Stripe’s PCI-compliant payment form. The data never touches our website servers. You can verify the security by looking for the padlock icon in your browser’s address bar and “https://” in the URL.

Do you accept international credit cards?

Yes. We accept cards issued in nearly every country. However, your bank may charge foreign transaction fees for purchases made from a US-based business. Please check with your card issuer.

Why was my card declined?

Common reasons for declined cards:

  • Insufficient funds

  • Incorrect CVV or expiration date

  • Billing address mismatch (enter exactly what your bank has on file)

  • Card not enabled for online or international transactions

  • Your bank’s fraud prevention blocking an unfamiliar merchant

What to do: First, double-check your information. If everything appears correct, call the number on the back of your card and ask why the transaction was declined. Then try again or use a different payment method.

When will I be charged?

Your card is authorized at the time of purchase. The charge will appear as “pending” immediately. It typically posts to your account within 1-3 business days, depending on your bank.

Do you offer installment payments (Buy Now, Pay Later)?

Not at this time. We currently only accept full payment upfront via credit/debit card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We are evaluating Afterpay and Klarna for future implementation.

Can I pay with PayPal?

Not at this time. While we respect PayPal as a payment platform, our integration with Stripe provides faster checkout and lower processing costs, which allows us to keep our prices at $4-$10. We may add PayPal in the future.

Can I pay with cryptocurrency?

No. We do not accept Bitcoin, Ethereum, or any other cryptocurrency at this time.

Do you charge sales tax?

Sales tax is automatically calculated and added to orders shipping to states where we have a tax obligation. Currently, this includes Florida (our home state) and any state where our fulfillment partners operate. Tax is shown at checkout before you complete payment.

Will I see a foreign transaction fee?

MEI MEDIA LLC does not charge any foreign transaction fees. However, if you are using a non-US credit card, your issuing bank may apply a foreign transaction fee (typically 1-3%). This fee is charged by your bank, not by us or Stripe.

How do refunds work?

When we issue a refund (per our Refund and Return Policy), the funds are returned to your original payment method:

  • Credit/debit card: 3-7 business days to appear on your statement

  • Apple Pay: Returns to the underlying card in your Apple Wallet

  • Google Pay: Returns to the underlying payment method

You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed.

Billing & Invoice Information

What appears on my bank statement?

Your statement will show a charge from:

  • “MEI MEDIA LLC” or

  • *“STRIPE MEI MEDIA”

If you don’t recognize the charge, please check your email for an order confirmation from thachle164@gmail.com before contacting your bank.

Can I get an invoice for my purchase?

Yes. Your order confirmation email serves as your invoice/receipt. If you need a formal invoice for business expense reporting, please email thachle164@gmail.com with your order number and request. We will provide a PDF invoice within 24 business hours.

Can I change my billing address after placing an order?

Billing address changes are not necessary for order fulfillment (only shipping address matters). However, if you need to update your billing address for your records, email us within 2 hours of placing your order and we can manually update it.

Reporting Payment Issues

If you believe an unauthorized transaction was made using your payment method on our website:

  1. Contact your bank immediately – They can freeze your card and begin a fraud investigation

  2. Email us at thachle164@gmail.com with the subject “UNAUTHORIZED TRANSACTION – [Last 4 digits of card]”

  3. Call us at +84394166513 to speak with a representative

We will cooperate fully with your bank’s investigation and provide any transaction records they require.

Important: Under federal law (Regulation E for debit cards, Fair Credit Billing Act for credit cards), your liability for unauthorized transactions is limited to $50 (often $0) if you report it promptly. Do not delay reporting suspicious activity.
